Obviously, transitioning to a new Broker-Dealer means getting acquainted with an entirely new home office staff. While we’re excited for you to meet everyone at the NPC home office, we understand that having you work with all of our departments during your transition is probably not the best use of your time.

NPC’s Transition Team will act as your liaison before your start date, and for the first 120 days after your affiliation.

Transfers

Handled With Care

Timing is everything during your transition. NPC’s Branch Development department provides knowledgeable assistance with moving your licenses and registrations to coincide as closely as possible with the transfer of all of your accounts.

We also offer helpful tools to assist you in your follow-up with all fund sponsors to confirm that all your accounts have transferred appropriately, and in a timely manner.

Knowledge is Power

Education is a very important part of our transition philosophy at NPC. We want to make sure you and your staff are fully informed and prepared, starting from day one.

Beginning with introductory conference calls with the departments your staff will eventually be working with, we often perform on-site branch introductions in your office so your staff has a built-in comfort level from day one.

We also offer both beginning and advanced courses through NPC University. Held at our Santa Monica home office, NPCU is a 2-3 day intensive training program for your new and seasoned Administrative Professionals.
