Obviously, transitioning to a new Broker-Dealer means getting acquainted with an entirely new home office staff. While we’re excited for you to meet everyone at the NPC home office, we understand that having you work with all of our departments during your transition is probably not the best use of your time.

NPC’s Transition Team will act as your liaison before your start date, and for the first 120 days after your affiliation.


Handled With Care

Timing is everything during your transition. NPC’s Branch Development department provides knowledgeable assistance with moving your licenses and registrations to coincide as closely as possible with the transfer of all of your accounts.

We also offer helpful tools to assist you in your follow-up with all fund sponsors to confirm that all of your accounts have transferred appropriately, and in a timely manner.

Education is a very important part of our transition philosophy at NPC. We want to make sure you and your staff are fully informed and prepared, starting from day one.

Beginning with introductory conference calls with the departments your staff will eventually be working with, we often perform on-site branch introductions in your office so your staff has a built-in comfort level from day one.

We also offer frequent online meetings and events designed to assist you in implementing and applying our varied offerings to grow and develop your practice. The content of these Webinars, ranging from the “Top Producer Success Stories” series hosted by top Advisors to monthly instructional meetings on our advisory and order entry platforms, covers a wide array of relevant topics based directly on our Advisors’ feedback.

NPC University

We understand just how valuable your staff members are, and how much they contribute to your success. To provide your new and seasoned Administrative Professionals with the tools to perform at the highest level, we offer specialized beginning and advanced courses through our unique NPC University (NPCU) program.

NPCU is designed to train and educate your Administrative Professionals on the basics of processing NPC-related business and departmental policies and procedures, as well as provide specialized instruction on the many technology resources that are available to you and your office.

Introductory training courses are conducted 100% online, making it much easier for you and your team to arrange participation around your busy schedule. We also host an advanced 2-day hands-on training at the NPC Home Office in Los Angeles, designed to help your top Administrative Professionals take their knowledge to the next level.
