Oscar Martinez is responsible for directing the activities of National Planning's website, which functions as an electronic front office for NPC Representatives nationwide. This includes managing website content, negotiating relationships with outside vendors, developing new site functionality and assisting Representatives on how to optimize their usage of the NPC site. In addition, Oscar oversees the NPC Support Desk - an integral source of technical support for Representatives utilizing the NPC website.

Prior to joining NPC, Oscar served as IT Manager at GLR, an application service provider for the apparel industry. His responsibilities included overseeing the ongoing development of business-to-business data exchange software which transmits business information between trading partners.
